We’re sorry to see you go. Review what happens before requesting deletion.

Delete your Proflance account
Verify the email address linked to your account, then confirm the deletion request.

Enter the email address linked to your Proflance account. We’ll send a 6-digit code to verify it.

If an account exists with this email, we’ll send a code. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.

Account deletion is permanent after the 14-day grace period. Open applications are withdrawn and pending invitations are declined as soon as the request is confirmed.

What is erased

  • Your profile and photo
  • Your CVs (CV shares stop working straight away)
  • Your login methods and message settings
  • Your messages
  • Reviews you wrote or received
  • Referrals you sent

What is kept, anonymised

  • Your assignments (service, dates, status and amounts)
  • Rating scores in both directions

Kept records remain for clients’ records under the name “Former Expert”, without information that identifies you. You can cancel during the grace period by signing in again.
